We do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturer defects.

Note: All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We may offer affiliate programs, ambassador partnerships, or promotional discount codes. Use of such programs is subject to their individual terms and eligibility. Abuse of these programs may result in order cancellation or account restriction.
7. Shipping
Our Shipping Policy outlines all processing times, shipping methods, and delivery options. Kennedy Made is not liable for delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

All content on KennedyMade.com—including images, text, product designs, and branding—is the exclusive property of Kennedy Made. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to pursue informal resolution first. If unresolved, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Legal action may only be pursued after these steps.
