At Kennedy Made, we’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping—whether you’re ordering a custom putter or a set of ferrules. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will ship.
As a family-run business, we occasionally take short breaks. Please check the website banner for any temporary updates to shipping times (e.g., vacations or holidays). We always keep our community in the loop.
Processing Times
Standard Orders
Non-custom items ship within 24–48 hours.
Custom Orders
Customizations require extra care and may add:
Stamping: 3 business days
Torching: 3 business days
Cerakote: minimum 5 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options at checkout:
Flat Rate Shipping
Includes tracking. Delivery times vary by location.
Add Signature
For added security, you may choose to require a signature upon delivery. This ensures the package won’t be left unattended.
Express Shipping
We’ll select the fastest available delivery method at time of purchase for the quickest possible arrival.
Free Shipping on Ferrules (Canada Only)
Ferrule-only orders ship free via lettermail within Canada.
Please note:
No tracking is provided
An option for paid shipping is available at checkout. This tracking will include a tracking number.
Kennedy Made is not liable for loss or delays on untracked shipments
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
We work with trusted national and international carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
International Shipping
We ship across Canada and to the United States.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout unless otherwise stated. Please be aware of local/international duty rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, Kennedy Made is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please carefully check your shipping information before placing an order. Kennedy Made is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
