Do you Ship to Canada and the United States?
Yes everything on our site ships Canada and USA wide.

I am in the USA how much is shipping?
We don’t want to leave our U.S. customers out—so we offer a flat rate of just $20 USD on everything sitewide.
Please note that your orders ship from Canada and may be subject to duties and taxes at the border. These fees are determined & collected by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing local import requirements prior to placing your order.
How do Customizations Work?
When you order a putter from us you have the option of adding customizations to your putter as well. Check out our Custom Shop for all the details.
We are also always here for any questions you may have so feel free to reach out using our contact form and we will be happy to have a more in depth conversation over email, text or phone call.
How can your prices be so low if you are using high quality material?
We’ve eliminated the middleman by partnering directly with a steel and CNC company to bring our custom designs to life. This streamlined approach keeps our overhead low without compromising on quality or craftsmanship allowing us to pass the savings directly to you, our valued customers.
What about Duties and Taxes for USA Shipments
Orders are shipped from Canada and may be subject to duties and taxes at the border. These fees are collected by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend reviewing local import requirements prior to placing your order.
Shipping Companies
All orders are shipped via Purolator, UPS, Canada Post, Fedex or DHL
We only use tracked shipping to make sure you can see where your package is and when it will arrive.
Where is my order? Why is shipping taking longer than expected?
We ship using trusted carriers. Once your order has been packaged and handed off to the selected carrier, delivery timelines and any delays are outside of our control.
We will always choose the most efficient/quickest shipping method based on the option selected at checkout and will do our best to assist if any issues arise. For the most up-to-date information, please refer to your tracking number, as it provides the same delivery updates available to us.
For U.S. customers, please note that shipments must clear customs. Processing times can vary, and we do not have control over how long customs may take to release a package for final delivery to you.
How long do customizations take?
Every putter is custom-crafted with care. Please allow up to 10 business days for customization, assembly, and shipment.
Do you allow loft and lie to be customized?
At this time, we don’t offer loft and lie adjustments. All Kennedy Made putters are built to our standard specs, which have been carefully chosen to suit the widest range of golfers. This approach helps us keep our pricing low and our putters accessible, without compromising performance or quality.
Custom loft and lie changes typically require a full build-from-scratch process, which drives up both cost and lead time. By focusing on a consistent base model, we’re able to offer a high-quality putter that performs great right out of the box—while still giving you ways to make it your own through personalized finishes like stamping, torching, and Cerakote.
Free Ferrule Shipping **
We will ship your ferrules for free up to 2 sets per order. After 2 shipping will be charged.
Can I change my hosel, alignment lines, or the milling on the face?
We don’t currently offer changes to hosel type, alignment lines, or face milling. These are core design elements that require full remanufacturing to alter, which would significantly increase costs and delivery times.
Instead, every Kennedy Made putter is designed and milled with a consistent spec to ensure performance, balance, and reliability. We focus our custom options—like stamping, Cerakote finishes, and torching—on allowing you to personalize the look of your putter without changing the feel. This way, you get a premium, customized aesthetic without the high price tag or wait time of a fully bespoke build.
